CorCap Solutions Ltd was established in 2015 with the aim of providing advice and guidance in all-things technology related and to help organisations make better use of technology systems and services to enhance their business. The primary focus of the business is on health and social care, with a background across other industry sectors prior to that.
Experience includes engaging and working across all levels of an organisation’s business and technology teams from the senior level execs through to the skilled technologists delivering the IT systems and services.
Offering a range of services covering vision, strategy and business case development; technology audit and assessment; operating model and organisational governance; requirements development and procurement support; business application systems and infrastructure architecture and design; information architecture, management, security and governance; integration and interoperability; and technical project delivery.
